Career Management

The concept of a career path within the Pietercil organisation offers the opportunity to its employees who are eager to participate, now and in the future, to the development of the organisation.

To this end, Pietercil has developed a policy to allow its employees to move within the organisation with respect to the requested business expectations of the company. This policy fits within the scope of the Pietercil values and the Human Resourses mission statement, taking into account individual characteristics and motivations.

The career planning consists of the development of potential career moves, horizontal as well as vertical.
