Beliès formalizes the completion of its acquisition of King Cuisine (Tilburg).

Pietercil Group evolves into a holding structure with maximum autonomy for its business pillars: Beliès led by CEO Jan De Brauwer, and Brokerage, led by CEO Stéphanie Teetaert.

We acquire Luxembourg firm Agences Commerciales Betty Lorang, changing our name to Pietercil Lorang in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

We acquire Ça-va-seul from the Reckitt Benckiser group. This iconic Belgian brand, established in 1889, has a rich history, offering an extensive range of shoecare products

We open our new Beliès production facility in Tessenderlo
2010 - 2000
2004: We take our first steps into Mediterranean specialities with the acquisition of the Epifine brand, which offers an extensive range of olives, antipasti, pastas and herbs.
2005: We establish Beliès, a manufacturer of fresh Mediterranean products (olives, tapenades, etc.) for our own Pietercil brands (Epifine, Aperifine, Granoliva), as well as for private label.
2007: We acquire Weetabix France
2000 - 1990
In the 1990s, Pietercil established a foothold in France, and acquisitions followed in Belgium as well.
1992: Pietercil enters the French market with the establishment of Pietercil France.
1994: We acquire Delby’s & Quality Food Products Benelux in Belgium.
1997: We acquire Interco S.A. in France, becoming Pietercil Interco SA.
1990 - 1980
After selling the dairy wholesale business, Pietercil shifted its focus to brokerage activities. Several merges and acquisitions follow:
1980: We merge with Hobelco.
1984: With our acquisition of Resta, we go on to form new food broker entity Pietercil Resta.
1985: Through our acquisitions of Barends and Unicura, we expand our activities across into the Netherlands.
